A lot of people think that working for both the buyer and seller is a conflict of interest. However, the way we work is, I get the offer signed for the seller, so he is happy with his sales price, then we work with the buyer in doing all the paperwork to get the money, the buy-sell agreement, the lease, the lease assignment, work with the tax ramifications for the seller as well as the buyer.
