We deal with a lot of doctors who have gotten frustrated because they can't find the right office for them. They start a new office from scratch. One-and-a-half to two years later, they have buried themselves in a hole. You know, they don't have any income, they don't have any patience, they do have a high overhead, paying staff, utilities, and a loan to repay, puts them in a hole, ends up calling a broker whether it is us or any other company, but they end up calling a broker to sell and get them out of that situation.
