John, I know you are a member of American Dental Sales. How does this relationship benefit you and your clients?
The benefits California Practice Sales and my clients in respect that we have got together a group of individuals that are just the best, I call the best of the best. There is a study group called practice evaluation study group, there are 75 members and of that group, we took the top 20-25, we are 23 now and expanding and we all over the United States, like I have Southern California, John Cahill and Mike Carroll have Northern California, and each one of our members are all over the United States, so the seller has an advantage when we advertise in our three pages in Dental Economics that we have our listings right there for them, so immediately we are on the web. We are at the cutting edge of technology right now.
Well, what you say then is the key to a successful transition?
The key is to have everything in place. You have a buyer that knows that he bought the right practice that fits his needs. We have a seller that obtained the financing, got the money that he wanted to maybe fund his retirement, put into insurance policy, whatever he wanted to do, maybe buy his vacation dream. So, we have a team that we can do all the things that a seller needs to do to put things together.
