And now, I would like to introduce you to John Knipf of California Practice Sales Incorporated, also a member of American Dental Sales. John, thank you so much for joining us, I know you have a lot you want to share with us today, but first tell us a little about your experiences with dental practices.
Well, in 1974, when I founded California Practice Sales, I had a dream of putting buyers and sellers together. Back then, there weren’t very many dental brokers in Southern California, so I knew that a buyer is going to have to purchase a practice and he needed a vehicle, a person like myself to do a professional job, complete the transaction, get the financing, do the buy-sell agreement, everything that is needed to put the deal together and we started back then and we grew, grew, and grew, now I have four sales people, Alice King, Greg Beamer, Sandy Knipf, and Tina Ochoa, and we have two support people.
