Once you have bought the practice, we offer you the opportunity for a workshop, a transition workshop with a well-known practice management consultant. It is most important to us that you have a team working with you and supporting you in that transition. We will monitor you and follow you for a full year, but it takes your cooperation too. We feel that if we can have a team of the staff behind you supporting you, 50% of the work is completed by the time the patient sitting in your chair. The hard part is getting them in your chair and so you need that team behind you. So, we will follow you for a full year as long as you cooperate with us.
