Once you have found that practice that you want to pursue and your offer is accepted, the timeframe from that point to the actual closing is going to be 6-8 weeks. During that 6-8 weeks, there are so many things that have to come into play. Within the first 30 days, our main goal is to have you have access to the office so that you can go in and do your due diligence of that practice. Also, we want to make sure that the financing is going to be secured. Once you have concluded the audit of that practice, only then can you make the determination is what you looking for and you feel comfortable and you have had your accountant give the blessing and pretty much everything has been verified, so you are now ready to take it to the next step. The last 30 days of transition is going to be again talking to attorneys, going through the final contract, getting your lease for the location in place. Our role during this whole transition process is basically to guide you through the process. We don't want you to incur any legal costs, not right away. We want to make sure that you do get your accountant involved, approve the books and records, and then once again once you know what your buying, then it is time to start talking to an attorney. So, at that point, myself and our transition coordinator will be directing you. Okay, now its time to talk to an attorney. If you don't have an attorney, we have referrals for you. If you don't know an accountant that can help you with the process of due diligence, we have again CPAs qualified, well-known in the industry that are going to be able to help you, consultants, insurance people, and lenders. All these people that need to be involved within that transition period, these are people that we have very close working relationships with and through our transition coordinator and myself, we will be able to provide you the information to these professionals, so that they again are there to work for you and only you.
