A lot of times, we deal with many of our buyers who are very timid. They are afraid of pulling the trigger and get that process started to take a look at some information and on the other hand, we have many serious buyers that are ready will enable, however, they lose out on great opportunities because they are either too analytical or too pensive to make that offer. You know, writing an offer does not necessarily mean you have purchased the office. It allows you to lock out any other potential buyers, which would be your competition. It gives you a period of time to look at all the pertinent information, any financials and records of that dental office. It also comes, you know, after signing that, that offer gives you a period of time, the diligence period and that diligence period comes with contingencies. Those contingencies have to be met before the transaction finalizes. If for any reason, there is any discrepancy with the information that was provided to you and the financials, whatever the case may be at that point, yeah, you the buyer definitely has that opportunity to withdraw and look for another office.
