Hi, I am John W. Knipf. I am President of California Practice Sales, just to tell you a little bit about myself. I started the company in January of 1974. I have over 6,000 practices from Santa Barbara to San Diego, so I know my market area extremely well. I was just talking to a dentist yesterday and he told me his address and I told him that not the building, three-storied brick building, there is a standard station on the corner, and he says, "Yes, that's me. So, that is amazing that you knew the corner and what building I am in, so I have been there.” I am within a mile of something I sold in the last year, so I know my area, I know what prices are, what it is going to go for, so that is why we are so successful. I price the practices correctly for the seller as well as the buyer, so that he can make a nice net profit.
